Sioux Falls, SD—The Sioux Falls Stampede (USHL) and the Sioux Falls Jr Stampede AAA  (Tier 1 Program) announce their partnership to hire goaltending coach Jeff Hall for the 2017-2018 hockey season.

Jeff Hall is the Coaching Director at Stauber's Goalcrease Training and Equipment Center in Edina, MN. He has worked there full time since 2002. He grew up playing in Edina where he played for the high school from 1995 to 1998, winning the state championship in 1997.  He then played 4 years for Bethel University in St. Paul, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education in 2002.

“We are very fortunate to have Jeff join our Jr Stampede staff to work with our goaltenders,” stated Jr Stampede GM Matt Tobin. “Jeff comes with high recommendation and has a proven track record working with elite goalies. I know our goalies are going to appreciate his efforts and expertise.”

As an integral member of The Goalcrease from the company’s inception, Jeff has overseen the development of several pro goalies, working with some of them their entire youth hockey career and beyond.  At Goalcrease Jeff leads a team of professional goalie instructors that work side by side and help each other get better every day.

Jeff replaces David Rogalski, the goalie coach from last season, who was recently hired by the St. Louis Blues in the National Hockey League.

Jeff currently resides in Eden Prairie, MN with his wife, Brandi, daughter Taelyn, and son Stone.
